Using the empty space under the window in this apartment, the architects mounted a single piece of wood between the walls to create a desk.

By adding a small home office by the windows, it allows the home owner to have a dedicated place to work that’s separate from the living room. When not in use as a desk, it can also be used as a shelf for displaying plants, decor, and books.
