A custom steel and leather handrail is a creative idea that CLB Architects and Brandner Design produced when designing the stairs for this home’s interior.
The staircase design features welded steel flat bar posts and rails with soft saddle leather. The combination of materials offers a modern industrial feeling to the home’s interior.
A continuous stitched leather strap is woven through the steel rails, providing a contrasting detail and extra grip.
